The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the necessary utensils to cook with total comfort during the stay. The living-dining room is spacious, bright, and welcoming, with direct access to the outdoor area, creating a perfect space to share moments in a group. Additionally, the property has high-speed WiFi and a Smart TV with international channels.
Villa María has three bedrooms with a total capacity for 8 people. Two of the rooms have a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering greater privacy and comfort. The third bedroom is equipped with two single beds and a trundle bed, ideal for families or groups. In total, the property offers a comfortable and functional layout designed to ensure a pleasant stay.
The exterior of the villa is one of its great attractions. It has a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying Lanzarote's excellent climate all year round. The private pool invites relaxation and rest, while the sunbed area is ideal for sunbathing. Additionally, the villa has a leisure area equipped with a billiards table and a ping pong table, perfect for enjoying fun moments with family or friends. You will also find an outdoor dining area and barbecue, ideal for lunches and dinners outdoors.
For greater comfort during the stay, the property has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Shower and pool towels are provided for each guest, as well as gel and shampoo. Cot and high chair are available upon request, ideal for those travelling with babies or young children.
